PROBLEM- SOLVING SKILLS

Sincere thanks to Sinéad our psychologist from Cambridge University for working with the children over the past few weeks. She works at the Centre for Attention Learning and Memory, at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit. She is running a research project about children's problem solving skills and is conducting research on how children process, understand, and learn new and complex information. Problem- solving skills are crucial for learning but more importantly, for navigating complex problems that arise in everyday life. The children have really enjoyed working with Sinéad on problem solving and memory tasks on a computer and in books.
