For a smooth transfer from 6th Class to Secondary School each child needs to complete an Education Passport. (Click for more details)

This consists of 3 parts.

1. The childs end of year report. (Provided by the teacher)

Item 2 and 3 need to be returned to your 6th Class teacher in June and they will forward to the relevant Post Primary School.
